Returns policy, terms and conditions

Credit Card Information
We can process Mastercard, Visa, Visa debit, Maestro and Solo. If ordering from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

Security
We recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So we use 'Sage Pay' who use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. Postage charges and dispatch times
Within the UK:
Postage and mailing charges for one single CD are applied at £1.38. For each subsequent CD, add £0.86 to the overall charges. Product will be sent by first class Royal Mail within the UK within seven working days of the order having been received.

Europe:
Postage and mailing charges for one single CD are applied at £2.53. For each subsequent CD, add £0.85 to the overall charges. Product will be sent by airmail within seven working days of the order having been received.

North America (USA and Canada):
Postage and mailing charges for one single CD are applied at £2.86. For each subsequent CD, add £1.50 to the overall charges. Product will be sent by airmail within seven working days of the order having been received.

Rest of World:
Postage and mailing charges for one single CD are applied at £2.86. For each subsequent CD, add £1.50 to the overall charges. Product will be sent by airmail within seven working days of the order having been received.

Ordering from a non-UK country?
Please be advised that if you're buying online from abroad (outside of the UK) for your personal use it's important to check whether you'll have to pay any tax or duty on top of the advertised purchase price when you receive the goods in your country of residence. The Sixteen Productions Ltd will complete an accurate Customs Declaration form when sending your order.

Money back guarantee
The Sixteen Productions Ltd., on behalf of Coro operates a money back guarantee that means if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and we will issue a full refund of the price that you paid for the item(s).

You must return the goods within 30 days.

The CDs must be unopened and in their original condition. If the CDs are defective in any respect we will accept return of an item that has been opened but it must be accompanied by a written document detailing in what respect you believe it to be deficient.

Delivery charges:
The Sixteen Productions Ltd. will refund any delivery charges if the goods returned are returned due to an error on our part or for defective product.

How to return an item:
Please enclose a written document that details the reason for the return together with the delivery note that will have been enclosed with the goods. Carefully and securely wrap the CD(s) and send to:

Cancelling an order
Customers are entitled to cancel the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery provided that all items remain unopened, sealed and in good condition. In this instance, please write "contract cancellation" on the reverse side of the delivery note that will be enclosed with your order. Securely package the item and return following instructions in "How to return an item" above.

Important: In order to comply with contract cancellation, the item(s) must be returned to us within seven working days of the items being delivered to you.

Your protection:
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery to return items.

Reimbursement:
The Sixteen Productions Ltd will reimburse monies owed via cancellation or returns within ten working days of receipt of returned goods together with the delivery note and reasons for return.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We may use your contact details to inform you about other offers but you will be given the chance to refuse any further marketing emails from us if you so wish.
